Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is calculated on a per-product basis and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic Orders (India): A standard shipping fee of ₹150 applies per product.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 5 to 7 business days from order confirmation.

  • Rest of India: 8 to 10 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery Delays & Split Shipments

  • Estimated delivery times are indicative. Deliveries may experience unexpected delays due to courier constraints, transit conditions, extreme weather, or public disruptions.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded solely due to unforeseen courier transit delays.

  • In some instances, items from the same order may be dispatched separately. If you wish to cancel an order delivered in parts, cancellations will only apply to the unshipped items.

Product Availability

  • We strive to ensure all apparel listed on Heavenkaya is accurately priced and in stock.

  • If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, our team will notify you within 5 working days to arrange an alternative or a full refund.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Cancellation or modification requests are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Shipping Address Guidelines

  • Address Updates: Any corrections or updates to your delivery address must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Multiple Destinations: To ship items to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each destination address.

  • Address Accuracy: Please verify your full address and PIN code at checkout. Customers are responsible for any carrier penalties or re-shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Delivery Acceptance: Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel.

Lost in Transit

  • If a package is marked lost in transit by the carrier, we allow a standard window of 15 days to trace the package before reprocessing your order.

  • If the original design or size is out of stock, you may choose an alternate piece of equal value or receive a full refund.
